All construction projects require the use of subcontractors. Plumbers, electricians, roofers, cabinetmakers, etc. are all key tradespeople needed to build a home. Beacon maintains relationships and a database of over 100 vetted subcontractors in all required trades throughout the Northeast. Your project information will be sent to several appropriate contractors for bid. Once a contractor is selected there is no Builder Mark-Up added to their cost, providing the Homeowner with considerable cost savings.

Knowing exactly where all the elements of a building project belong is an important part of designing and building an attractive, structurally solid design.
Too often, many design drawings only include aesthetics and not enough detailed information about the structure and how the building elements all go together. This is often left up to the workers in the field and subsequently can create miscommunication problems leading to cost overruns.
For that reason, we build your house twice. Once on the computer and a second time on your land.
We call this service Constructability Computer Modeling (CCM). The advantage of CCM is the ability to detect any design problems on the computer first before it becomes a costly Jobsite mishap.
Additionally, these 3D drawings make the design clearer and more understandable. We can provide this service for your design team or if you are working with our design team it is included with our program.
