Throughout my 40-year career, I have assisted in the planning, construction, development, and management of more than $50M in construction projects throughout the Northeast United States. My experience includes; construction, design, land acquisition & development, construction component manufacturing, construction project management including budgeting, permitting, and estimating, marketing, sales, contract negotiations, coaching & team building, and effective relations with owners, investors, and contractors.
