We designed this home and are providing construction management services for a developer out of Greenwich, CT. This building lot is considerably small, only 0.14 of an acre. It is also very narrow at only 42 feet wide.

The client insisted on 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with an open floor plan on the ground floor. We designed this home with the hopes of creating a modern barn-style home. We managed to create an open floor plan on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms, a laundry closet, and an Owner’s suit.

Stonington, CT (3400 S.f. 4-Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths)

Slated to begine construction in the Fall of 2022, this is our version of a modern farmhouse. The property will include a new barn and cottage.
