Our team is led by Glenn Callahan, founder, and managing partner with more than 30 years of experience in the construction and real estate development industry.

Our structure and the specialized skills our management team possesses provide investors with benefits unavailable to investments in large-scale development projects offered by REITs and other large public companies. Our managers are directly involved in the day-to-day administrative and construction management of each development project, allowing for more active management of capital investments throughout the project.
